SX Chain is Moving!

The migration is scheduled for July 29 - Aug 6

SX Network chain is moving to Arbitrum Rollup

What is this migration?

SX Network chain is moving! The current version of SX Network was built on the Polygon Edge SDK. This project has since been discontinued, and so there is no support or improvements coming for the chain. For a number of reasons including improving block times, making use of a canonical bridge, better stability and developer support, we have decided to migrate our chain to an Arbitrum Orbit Rollup chain.

What do I have to do?

Just like bridging funds form Ethereum or Polygon, we have to bridge funds to the new SX chain. Head to the SX Bet Migration page to enjoy a new and improved experience.

Our plan is to migrate by sport to reduce impact as much as possible. Our migration by sport schedule is as follows:

SX Network Migration Schedule

When the sport you're interested in has moved over to SXR, go to the Migration page, and bridge your funds over. You may leave funds on SX to bet on sports not yet migrated before moving everything over.

FAQ

Q: Why am I not seeing the sport I want to bet on?

A: Check the migration schedule to see if that sport has been migrated. You can leave funds on SX to continue betting until your desired betting market has been migrated.

Q: Can I move funds back to SX Network

A: No, there is no fast bridge from SXR to SX Network as it will only be temporary.

Q: Do I need to move my Staked WSX?

A: Yes! As of July 30, there is no 30-day cooldown period. Follow the steps on the Mirgration page to re-stake your WSX. The last rewards on SX Network will be paid July 29.

Q: Will this impact betting from Arbitrum chain?

A: No, you can keep betting as usual.

Q: I’m a market maker, will this change impact how I use the API?

A: Check out the updated API docs for a full technical overview.
